Vitamin drips are a normal thing to book in Korea, so we booked one and filmed the whole visit.
The film covers the doctor’s consultation first, going back over our earlier vitamin C and vitamin D blood tests (the vitamin C came back low, which we didn’t expect) and a blood pressure check before anything started. Then it’s the IV room: vitamin D goes in as an injection, and the vitamin cocktail drip runs for about 45 minutes in a bright room with massage chairs.
It’s an easy hour, and you come out knowing your own numbers rather than guessing at them.
