1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Let's Never Settle at letsneversettle.com (the “Site”), operated by Let's Never Settle. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
2. What this site is
Let's Never Settle is a personal travel blog written by Inga and Dileep. It is a record of places we have actually been, written after the fact from our own photographs and notes.
Travelling, social media and YouTube are hobbies for us. We both have full-time jobs. This site does not sell travel, take bookings, or act as an agent for anyone who does. Nothing here is a booking, a quote or an offer, and reading it creates no contract between us.
3. Editorial independence
We pay our own way. Nobody funds our trips.
When we say we used a hotel, a lounge, a restaurant or anything else, we mean we used it as an ordinary paying customer. We do not accept preferential pricing, free stays, upgrades or hosted trips in exchange for coverage, and nothing on this site has been provided to us on that basis.
We do not review anything positively or negatively for money. No business has ever paid us to write about them, to change what we wrote, or to remove it.
We are not influencers, and we are not trying to become influencers.
Programmes change, hotels change hands, and how we feel about a company changes along with them. Trip.com is our default today because of how they have treated us so far, not because of any arrangement with them. All we can do is be honest about what we actually did, at the time we did it.
If we are ever sponsored, or given preferential treatment of any kind, it will be clearly disclosed on the page it applies to.
4. Affiliate links
Some pages carry affiliate links. Where they do, a disclosure appears at the foot of that page, and the links themselves are marked up as sponsored so search engines and browsers can identify them. Pages without such links carry no disclosure because there is nothing to disclose.
An affiliate link means that if you book through it, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never costs you more than going direct.
Affiliate links are added afterwards, and only to services we already use and would have recommended anyway. We do not choose what to write about, or what to say about it, based on whether a commission is available. Where no affiliate programme exists for something we recommend, we link to it anyway.
5. Use of the site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content, design or code without permission. The photographs, text, branding and code on the Site are protected and remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Travel information changes
Travel details go out of date faster than almost anything else. Prices, opening hours, routes, park fees, visa rules and safety conditions all change, sometimes between us visiting and you reading about it. Everything here describes how we found it at the time. Check current information with the operator, the venue or your government's travel advice before you make plans or spend money.
7. Disclaimers
We share what we did. That does not mean your experience will be the same. It might be better, it might be worse. Standards slip and recover, staff change, and the same place on a different day can be a different place entirely.
The Site is provided “as is”. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties as to its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Opinions here are our own, based on our own experience, and yours may reasonably differ.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Never Settle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, or from any decision made in reliance on information published here.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies and is published on this page.
