Hyperbaric oxygen therapy keeps coming up in Bangkok, so we tried it properly and filmed both versions of it. This is the full-chamber one, shot from inside.
Seventy minutes in the chamber, and what it actually feels like from in there. The verdict at the other end was lighter, calmer and completely recharged. Sometimes the best therapy really is just breathing.
Dileep is a bit claustrophobic, so his turn happened at S'RENE in a capsule with a window and a proper chair instead of a sealed tube. It's a 45 minute session at milder pressure, aimed at beginners and anyone who finds enclosed spaces difficult.
If closed chambers aren't your idea of a relaxing afternoon, start with the chair. Same idea, far less to talk yourself out of.
More from this trip is on the Bangkok story, and the rest of Thailand is under Thailand.
