The second of Cam Ranh's two lounges is the calmer one, and it sits in the international terminal.
The SH Premium Lounge has a good mix of armchairs and tables, room to spread out and charging points where you need them. The food is part Vietnamese and part Western, nicely presented, with hot dishes, fresh fruit and desserts, and there's coffee, tea, soft drinks and a small selection of alcohol.
There's a clean unisex toilet inside too, which matters more than it should before a flight. If you're flying international out of Nha Trang, this is the one we'd pick.
